My wife and I are two of the official complainers of this garbage ignorant subhuman. Someone should hack these scumbags and take every penny they've gotten by lying, cheating and stealing. Glad to finally see this. But if I had to pick one casino, it would be one like this.

They wouldn't cash the $10k my wife withdrew just because her elderly mother claimed a small bonus under the same IP... even if that were true. But they have no way of knowing this because they hounded her for 5 hours about verification before using the IP as a backup excuse when they find out that all her IDs were valid and verified 6 months prior to this. You'd think something like this would be bad enough? ? No.... |You can make it so that you can really come across something that's actually exciting. She tried 7-8 different games and never won a penny. She tried 7-8 different games and they never let her win a penny. They estimated that her bet was down to $15 before she finished, but there is no way to know this since they didn't credit the playthrough to her account balance... Just 2 minutes after I requested the withdrawal, it was cancelled without any notice or explanation and the live chat option was removed from the site for me. Of course, the email auto-reply indicates that they might get back to me "due to the high volume of incoming emails". Fortunately, I only lost the $10 and my winnings of free chips, but nevertheless, I'm not very happy.

There is so much insanity about this site, they couldn't have picked a better name. Customer service is slow, the daily free spins negated the other bonuses. Cashouts take 2 business days to process. But the slot payouts are decent and the freeroll tournaments are legit. So-so experience
