Tickets include the start time of the entire session and the start time of the 4 5-minute seats in the world's largest bounce house in the session. Access to The Giant, Sport Slam, and AirSpace is unlimited during a thre e-hour session, but access to The Biggest Bounce House is only specified time. This is to avoid congestion and secure a space that everyone can enjoy. Don't forget to line up in front of the specified location to use the time at the bounce house effectively.

What if I was late for a session?

If you are late for a session, you will not be banned, but a thre e-hour session will not be extended beyond the initial end time. Also, if you are not in time for a determined time at the bounce house, you will not be able to participate in other sessions.

Is there an age limit?

Anyone can participate from 0 to 100 years old! For convenience, each session is divided by age.

"Todler Session" is for parents who have children under 3 years old (0 to 3 years old).

"Junior session" is for children under 7 years old (0-7 years old). Parents can also participate, but parents also need to purchase a separate ticket. ''

The Big Kids Session is the same rule, but the target is 15 years old (0-15 years old).

Anyone over 16 years old can participate in "adul t-only sessions".

For details and ticket regulations, please read the "Session Type" menu above.

no. Only children under the age of 3 need to be accompanied by parents.

Parents, do you need a ticket?

Participation with your child is free. However, if you participate in the attraction with your child, you will need a separate ticket. If you participate with your child, you will need a ticket for your child.

For safety, we ask children under the age of 3 to be accompanied by parents.

Is there a minimum age limit?

For adult-only sessions, everyone must be 16 years or older. For all other sessions, there is only an upper age limit, not a lower limit. This is to avoid separating families with children of different ages. However, we ask parents to be aware of the potential risks associated with having younger children participate in sessions for older children.

We run a safe event and have multiple staff working during the event to ensure safety and good behavior. However, kids are kids, and we strongly encourage children aged 4-7 to participate in our "Junior Sessions" and children aged 3 and under to participate in our "Toddler Sessions".

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

Yes. The maximum weight limit for all attractions is 245 pounds. The height limit for the world's largest bounce house is 85 inches (7 feet 1 inch), and the height limit for all other attractions is 76 inches (6 feet 4 inches). If you need a weighing scale or other measuring device, we have them available at the venue. Guests over these limits will not be allowed to participate. A minimum height restriction of 36 inches (3 feet) applies to the slides and the "Giant" obstacle course.

How long is each session?

The "Access All Areas" pass gives you 3 hours of fun on all 4 attractions, including unlimited access to the world's largest bounce house, Giant, Sports Slam and Airspace.

We also have plenty of seating, shaded areas and food stalls for those who want to take a short break or enjoy some entertainment.

What should I wear?

Please wear socks at all times on the inflatables. We sell branded "Gripper Socks" for $5 a pair. We also recommend bringing a spare pair of flip flops so you can change into clean socks after the event. There is a covered inflatable "Shoe Belt" where you can leave your shoes before entering.

Please be aware of the weather and dress appropriately. In strong sunlight, we recommend wearing knee-length or full-length pants to minimize skin exposure and sunburn. Lightweight activewear instead of jeans will keep you cool and provide the most flexibility in your puff. Sunscreen, sun cream, and extra snacks are also recommended.

If it has been raining or there has been morning dew, the inflatables may be a little damp so we recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially socks.

What happens if I can't find my child?

If you can't find your child, please contact staff who can set up a "lost child" alert via the radio system. We may ask for details such as your child's description, what they are wearing and where they were last seen. Once the alert has been broadcast and your child is found, we will escort them to the parent-child meeting point to reunite them with their guardian.

What happens if my child can't find me?

If your child can't find their guardian, staff will set up a "lost parent" alert and escort your child safely to the parent-child meeting point where staff will watch over your child until the guardian can sign for them. Children may be asked to describe their guardian along with what they are wearing and where they were last seen.

What happens at Big Bounce?

Inside the bounce house, you'll find inflatable activities and challenges (basketball hoops, obstacles, etc.), inflatable areas (big boats, oversized sofas, palm trees, etc.), sleeping areas, and all kinds of great entertainment.

All purchasers are asked to agree to this policy upon checkout. To avoid disappointment, please check the calendar and choose your visit date and time carefully.

Will there be a vendor? Can I bring in food, drinks and a fridge?

Our goal is to open three or four restaurants in all the cities you visit. I'm sorry, as these depend on local reasons, but we can't answer the details of the store. At most venues, you can bring your favorite food and drinks in a cooler. If you are not sure to bring your meal, we will inform you of the event guide to send the day before the event.

There is a large canopy that will be in the shade, but it is very popular, so please bring a picnic blanket or folding chair.

Can I bring a camera to Big Bounce?

There is no problem if you bring your own mobile phone. However, it is often the case to jump out of the bounce enthusiast's pocket, so please keep it safely!

How often is inflatable cleaned?

We pay close attention to cleanliness and have strict cleaning procedures. Between each session, carefully clean places with a lot of contact points. More thorough deep cleaning is performed every day and regularly performs specialized cleaning.

Pregnant people can also participate, but please participate at your own discretion. Please note that inflatable surface is unpredictable and may lose a scaffold in some places.

Is there a place to put trolley, bags and luggage?

There is a dedicated "shoe storage area" tent for keeping trainers. However, it is unmanned, so it is not recommended to keep valuables.

"If you think this is your castle, you're very wrong"

Welcome

Just four miles from Cirencester, tucked away in the Cotswold village of Barnsley, our 17th-century Grade II listed castle is a gem. Barnsley village is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, an idyllic spot in the English countryside close to the cobbled towns of Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and Bibury. A short journey away is the bustling spa town of Cheltenham, home to the Cheltenham Literature Festival, Jazz Festival and Horse Racing Festival.

PIG-in the Cotswolds is right in the middle of it all. A truly pristine and elegant property with large bedrooms overlooking original Arts & Crafts style gardens created by renowned garden designer Rosemary Very.

Stepping into this extraordinary house feels like visiting your great-aunt Rosemary. Cosy and inviting, with nooks and crannies, every room is perfect for relaxing and spending an afternoon in.

The house is cosy and inviting. From The Village Pub across the road to The Field House, a relaxing wellness space tucked away in the gardens, there are hidden gems around every corner.

The property features quintessentially British beauty, including a trademark arch, potager garden and lush laburnum walkways.

Across the backyard is the kitchen garden, which forms the centrepiece of the 25-mile restaurant menu. Unlike other PIGs, this kitchen garden is unfenced and has the largest beds and the largest fruit cages. It also has the litter's largest natural foraging fence, made up of edible nut and berry-bearing plants.

The gardening team at PIG draws inspiration from the environment and the history of the land to grow delicious home-grown vegetables here in the Cotswolds that compose the seasonal dishes.
