Is there an age limit?

We have several staff members working during the event so that we operate safe events and take safe and good actions. However, children are children, so it is strongly recommended that children aged 4-7 will participate in the "Junior Session" and children under the age of 3 will be participating in the "Todlars Session".

Do you have any restrictions on your weight and height?

yes. The maximum amount of all attractions is 245 pounds (about 8. 5 kg). The world's largest bounce house height limit is 85 inches (7 feet 1 inch), and other attractions are 76 inches ( 6-foot 4 inches). If you need a scale or other measuring instrument, we will have it at the venue. Customers who exceed these restrictions cannot participate. The slide and the "giant" obstacle course apply at least 36 inch (3 feet) height limit.

How long is each session?

The "Access All Area" Pass allows you to enjoy four attractions for 3 hours. This includes unlimited access to the world's largest bounce house, giant, sports slum, and air spaces.

In addition, for those who want to take a break or want to enjoy entertainment, many seats, shaded areas, and stalls are also available.

What kind of clothes should I participate in?

Always wear socks for inflatables. The brand "Gripper Socks" is sold for $ 5 per pair. In addition, please bring a spare beach sandals so that you can change to beautiful socks after the event. There is a roof inflatable "shoe belt" for leaving shoes before entering.

Pay attention to the weather and come with appropriate clothes. If the sun is strong, we recommend wearing knee length or ful l-length pants to minimize skin exposure and sunburn. Wearing light and thin active wear instead of jeans is cool and most flexible in puffs. Sunscreen, sunscreen cream, and spare snacks are also recommended.

If it has been raining or there has been morning dew, the inflatables may be a little damp so we recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially socks.

What happens if I can't find my child?

• If you can't find your child, please contact staff who can send out a "lost child" alert via the radio system. We may ask for details such as your child's characteristics, what they are wearing and where they were last seen. Once the alert has been broadcast and your child is found, we will escort you to a parent-child meeting point to reunite you with your parent.

What happens at Big Bounce?

Inside the bounce house, you'll find inflatable activities and challenges (basketball hoops, obstacles, etc.), inflatable areas (big boats, oversized sofas, palm trees, etc.), sleeping areas, and all kinds of great entertainment.

Can I participate as a spectator?

You can't watch what goes on inside the bouncers, but everyone is welcome to come to the venue. There will be food stalls with or without tickets, and plenty of seating.

Tickets are only required to bounce on the inflatables. For safety, children under 3 years old must be accompanied by a parent with a ticket.

Do you need to be highly adaptable to watch?

Not at all. The Great Bounce experience can be as high or low energy as you like. You can jump or just relax on a fluffy couch and watch the world bounce by. It's up to you!

What if it rains? Will the event go ahead?

The safety of our guests and staff comes first, and we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or... in the event of thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, or other inclement weather. Will it be too hot in the sun?

The Big Bounce America is an outdoor event that takes place primarily in the summer. Therefore, we recommend appropriate clothing, hydration and sunscreen on sunny days. There will also be shaded areas within the venue.

Will the event be as advertised?

Our goal is to always provide you with a complete "Big Bounce" experience. In rare cases, unforeseen logistical issues may make this impossible. In these cases, we reserve the right to modify, substitute or withdraw individual elements of the event. Wherever possible, we will notify you in advance.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is available at or near the event venue. Please note that some venues may have an additional parking fee.

About tickets

Can I buy tickets from the website? We recommend purchasing tickets in advance online. Sessions often sell out before the event. If a session is sold out online, it means that it is fully booked. You will not be able to purchase other tickets at the venue on the day of the event.

Can I get a refund for pre-purchased tickets?

All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable unless refunded in accordance with our weather and date change policy detailed here.
