Each achievement is tracked for each user account. It will not be tracked individually for each world. The achievements earned in one world apply to all the worlds and all the worlds that use that user account. In most platforms where the Bedrock version runs, the achievements are recorded in the Microsoft account, so you need to log in to the Microsoft account to get a track record. In addition to PlayStation 4, a Microsoft account is used for tracking achievements. You can play the game without logging in, but you can't get a track record even if you log in.
