Mad Dogg's Crib

Mad Dogg's Crib or Mad Dogg's Mansion is a mansion featured in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, located in Mulholland, Los Santos, that serves as the player's storage location later in the game's storyline.

Description[]

Originally the mansion of famous rapper Mad Dogg (Kendall Johnson claims it's a sex and drug scene), the mansion is a large two-storey home with a ritualistic design, featuring large rooms, a large number of rooms (Mad Dogg has stated that the mansion has 19 bedrooms), luxurious dГ©cor, and many other amenities.

The mansion first appears in "Madd Dogg's Rhymes," where the player must sneak into the mansion on behalf of OG Loc to steal Madd Dogg's Rhyme book. After Mad Dogg's career is destroyed, the mansion is discovered by Big Poppa of the Los Santos Virgos gang, who turns it into a warehouse until the player retrieves it for Mad Dogg in "Home in the Hills". Until "Home in the Hills" is completed, the mansion is inaccessible to anyone other than Mad Dogg's rhymes.

The mansion may have been inspired by MC Hammer's former mansion in Northern California, and is decorated very similarly to ICE-T's mansion featured on MTV's Swing (Mad Dogg is voiced by ICE-T, possibly a parody of him).

In addition to functioning as a storage facility (the storage facility icon is located at the top of the mansion's interior), Mad Dogg's Crib also features a variety of installations, including interactive ones, after "Home in the Hills" is completed.

Interior Features

• An indoor pool and private gym (with basketball court) are located at the lower end of the interior of the mansion. The gym is equipped with all the exercise equipment found in other gyms in San Andreas.
• A large bar in the west half, and a lounge/break room with entertainment system (heat vision goggles and a CJD 500 game machine that plays "Drag to Uranus") in the east half.
• Mad Dog's recording studio and recording room.
• A private office/den.
• A second living room.
• A dining room?
• A main room, with a night vision pickup and two arcade machines (Duality and Let's Ready to Bumble).
• A restroom is located in the kitchen (attached to the main room).
• Second Living and Booksai (connected to the main room). and
• On the second floor, five bedrooms (contrary to Mad Dog's claimed 19) and music / study room. The second room on the east side is a shield.

Outside, there is a heliport where sparrows can be breeded after the mansion has been restored, and the second pouch has a second outdoor pool (see oysters). Also, after the "headed surgery", the cart breeds at the entrance below.

Despite three garage doors, the player cannot save a car in the mansion. There is no closet in the mansion. Fortunately, there is a Malholand Safe House with these two facilities.

During the Madd Dogg's Rhymes mission, you can safely explore the upper floor of the mansion, but all amenities and pickups are not valid. The only pickups available from the music studio in the area are the pistols with silence in the record room (this pistol will not be available when the mansion is restored). Two video games in the main room are also available. However, the gym is near the area where security guards patrol.

Not all users all versions, but some bugs have been pointed out in a crib:

• When saving, bugs may not be able to use basketball coats found throughout the state. This is because saving here will delete the basketball coat from the coat.
• If you save here, you may not be able to train in the gym. If you try to use a training device, it will be displayed as "sufficient training" even if you did not save for a long time. This is fixed by saving many times to another savepoint (more than 5 days in the game).
• Also, if you save here, you may reach another door and be trapped in the mansion.

Since such a problem does not always occur, it is recommended that you clear the "house on the hill" mission in addition to another safe house (Malholand Safe House is the closest). After returning to the crib and stored, a separate storage slot is used for the storage in Malholand. Reload the game and examine the results. If nothing is pointed out, the player can freely use the maddog crib as a storage slot. If an error is displayed, avoid storing the game here and use the Malholand Safe House or other storage points in that area.
