Immerse yourself in magic Christmas in the castle, witness the fascinating reaction of the classic story in the trail, and meet the beloved characters. You can also enjoy shopping, meals, and fun fairy vehicles.

When the sun goes down from 4:00 pm, the premises change magically. Castles, gardens, and lakes are wrapped in Christmas light, warm wrapped in a mysterious world.

Tickets are now on sale. Tickets are only online reservations. We do not accept reservations by phone. The ticket will remain in the basket for 20 minutes. After that, it will be automatically resumed. You can make a reservation for daytime or twilight tickets. Please choose the admission time. Children's tickets visiting Father Christmas need to be described in the explanation as "Father Christmas" and includes glottation time. Glottation time is slower than the ground admission time.

Tickets can not resell, exchange, change to other dates, or refund. Please contact us separately for refund. It will be sold only for Christmas tickets. All tickets include admission to the castle and garden. Advance tickets (including annual members) are recommended to make a reservation in advance. Twilight tickets are premium charges, and for annual members, please see below. Please come to the ground during the reserved time. Entrance time is every 15 minutes. A premium fee will be charged for Twilight tickets after 16:00.

Entrance time is every 15 minutes. The day ticket is until 14:45 (until 14:15 on December 31 and from January 1 to 3 from 15:45). The Christmas illuminations start at 16:00 and enjoy a walk on the premises under the starry sky. The castle, garden, and lakes are colored with great color and glimpse, and you can feel the Christmas spirit.

Bring the torch, wear boots, and see the gardens of the Heavar Castle lit up with gorgeous colors, magnificent illuminations, and fascinating music.

Large wheel restriction

Father Christmas

Visit the Glot of Father at Heavor Castle's Father Christmas allows you to enjoy the special atmosphere of Christmas. He is greeted by Mother Christmas, followed the trees, passes through a reindeer stables, and meets cheerful fairies. At the end of the fascinating path, you will meet Father Christmas in a cozy log cabin and receive a present (the target age is 0 to 4 years old or 5 years old or older).

If you make a reservation for a Father Christmas ticket, entry into the grot is later than the ground admission. This is displayed on the selected ticket. The slowest admission time for the Faza Christmas ticket is 17:30.

The last entry to the grot is 15:45 on December 24.

• Advance reservations are required.
• Children who want to meet Father Christmas should always purchase a Father / Christmas admission ticket (and children need to be accompanied by an adult with a castle and garden's admission ticket).
• We will ask you about your child's name so that it will be a special experience.

• You are free to take photographs in the Grotto. There will be no professional photography.
• The SEN Experience will take place on Thursday, December 12th at 11:30 and 11:45 (10:30am arrival at the Grotto). Annual Membership

• Advance booking is required at weekends and during school holidays (including annual memberships). Advance booking is not required for weekday mornings outside school holidays.
• During the booking period for annual membership, you can only make reservations for other members, except for children under 5 years of age. Please make sure you have all your membership numbers when booking, as each number can only be used once. Please make sure to use the correct membership number for your ticket type (e. g. child membership card required for child tickets) to avoid invalid tickets.
• Chec k-out is possible only once during the annual membership reservation period, so if you purchase a ticket for multiple date and time, add it to the basket before chec k-out (up to 12 copies per reservation). Additional reservations are available from 11:00 am on September 18, 2024.
• Tickets will be released one week before the general release on September 18, 2024, for annual members from 11:00 am on September 11, 2024. Sales will be suspended from 11:59 am to 11:00 am on September 17 to September 18 am. During this time, a randomly assigned line is formed.

Annual member who needs a caregive r-Christmas prices apply to members who need the assistant. Please use the annual fee for reservations. The general admission fee for Christmas for those who need nursing care is free. When making a reservation, please use the caregiver's annual membership fee. Until the general release on September 18, there are no no n-members caregiver tickets. The caregiver was shipped in the week from August 26.

If you need to apply for the carrier annual membership fee, please provide a document (see below) to prove that you are a disabled person in the information hat. Before the Christmas ticket is released, we recommend that you complete the procedure early to secure this membership procedure.

Customers who need a caregive r-Customers who need assistants are charged a Christmas fee, but the general admission fee for the caregiver is free. Please select a assistant ticket when making a reservation. This ticket is not available until September 18. When you arrive, please present the documents (see below) to prove the disability. If you can not present a certificate, we will request a regular fee at the time of entry.

Proof of disabilit y-Blue badge, special education needs certificate from LEA or NHS, letters from medical experts written on NHS heading paper, DLA or PIP letters from the Ministry of Labor Pension, attendance allowance, disability Personal allowance, national DID card, etc. We do not accept caregiver cards. If you can not present a certificate, we will request a regular fee at the time of entry.

This experience will be held on Thursday, December 12, 11:30 and 11:45 (10:30 ground). A wel l-trained glott staff will promise a calm and cozy space so that visitors will not be overwhelmed. We also have a communication picture card.

If Hever Castle determines that the weather conditions at the site are unsafe and pose a safety risk and decides to cancel the event, you will be notified by email and given instructions on how to rebook if possible. Ticket Information - About Bookings

Q: Why do we have a queue?

A: Due to high demand and limited stock, we need to ensure a fair process for everyone who wants to purchase tickets.

**From 11:59pm on Tuesday 17th September, a randomly assigned queue system will be put into place.**

We experienced technical issues during the sale of Annual Member Christmas tickets last week. We expect high demand when the general sale opens on Wednesday 18th September at 11am. We have limited ticket availability and need to ensure a fair and reliable process for everyone who wants to purchase tickets, as well as add extra safeguards.

So starting Tuesday, September 17th at 11:59pm, we will be introducing a randomly-assigned queue system.

If you click on the "Book Now" link between 11:59pm Tuesday, September 17th and 11am Wednesday, September 18th, you will be directed to the queue page. Once you are in the queue, you will have a random place reserved for you. Once tickets go on sale at 11am, you will be randomly assigned a place in the queue (along with everyone else who arrived before 11am).

If you join after 11am, you will be at the back of the queue, but no one will be able to jump in front of you. If the queue is closed when you log on, you will proceed directly to the booking page.

A queuing system has the following benefits:

It provides a fair system for buyers to reserve tickets.

It controls the number of buyers on your site at once, providing a seamless buying experience.

It prevents ticket touts and opportunistic buyers from flooding your ticket sales system and snapping up the best tickets before genuine buyers have a chance.

Randomly assigning locations is designed to take the pressure off having to log in at a specific time or constantly refresh the page. Instead, it allows users to sit back and participate.

Q: What can I expect while waiting in line?

A: When you enter the line, you will be assigned a position in line. While you are in line, you will be told your position and your expected wait time. During the wait, the speed of the line (and your estimated wait time) may speed up or slow down, which is completely normal. We will try to keep your wait time as short as possible, but your wait time will be affected by the person in front of you in line. A: There are no garden s-only tickets because the castle is free for Christmas in 2024. Christmas in 2024 is free for castles, so there is no ticket for Gardens only.

Of course, if you don't want to go to the castle for Christmas, that's enough!

If you are a garden only annual membership fee member, you will not need to make a reservation in the middle of the week other than school holidays.

Q: Why can't you find a concession (student / senior) or family ticket?

A: During the Christmas Experience, we cannot provide concession tickets or family tickets for the additional costs and resources required for Christmas Experience.

Q: I am staying in a bed & breakfast or medley court of Heavar Castle. How do I visit and make a reservation?

• A: If you make a reservation for a luxurious bed & breakfast or holiday cottage or medley coat during the Christmas Experience period, you will receive an admission ticket where you can enjoy Christmas Experience when you arrive. After making a reservation in the room, we will send you an email that describes the details of the advance reservation method of Father / Christmas visit. • Q: How long is the experience?
• A: We recommend a minimum of 2. 5 hours. The duration of the experience will vary depending on the number of activities you participate in, the number and age of participants, and the number of tickets sold on the day. Please note that the attraction will finish before the last exit time.

• Q: What is the theme this year?
• A: The theme for Christmas 2024 is to celebrate the best of Hever Castle's festive themes from the past decade. On the Christmas Trail, you will be enchanted by re-imagined Christmas experiences such as Peter Pan's adventure in Neverland, Pinocchio's transformation from a wooden puppet to a real boy, Jack and the Beanstalk, Alice's strange and imaginative journey in Wonderland, the 12 Days of Christmas and the story of the enchanting forest friends.
• The castle is decorated in traditional garb, including a Tudor Christmas in the recently renovated Boleyn Apartments.
• Dogs
• Dogs are welcome on the grounds, both during the day and during the Twilight Experience, provided they are on a lead at all times.
• Dogs are not permitted in the Grotto, cafe, restaurant, shop, castle, maze or play areas (except for assistance dogs).
• There is a dog platform in the castle courtyard, but it is unsupervised and at your own risk.
