Christmas in queue will be held from November 13, 2024 (Wednesday) to January 5, 2025 (Sun):

• November 18th (Monday)
• November 19th (Tue
• November 25th (Monday)
• December 2nd (Monday
• December 25th

Opening time

Christmas in the queue is from 4:20 pm to 8:00 pm by the entrance gate. The latest admission time of each gate is as follows:

Brentford Gate: 7:00 pm

Elizabeth Gate: 7:20 pm

Victoria Gate: 8:00 pm

On December 24, Brentford Gate and Elizabeth Gate's final admission time was at 6:20 pm, and Victoria Gate's final time was 7 pm (these are new time in 2024).

Admission gate

When visiting, choose the correct entrance gate.

Victoria Gate: Main entrance

Ideal for those who use public transportation at the front door facing the queue road. Victoria Gate's postal code is TW9 3JR. Parking is available.

Elizabeth Gate

This entrance is ideal for those who use the National Rail (Southwest Railway). The nearest JNR station is a queue bridge. The postal code of Elizabes Gate is TW9 3AE. It is a local parking lot with reservation equipment.

Brentford Gate: Reservation parking lot

This ticket can only be used for prepaid parking in the queue ferry ferry lane parking lot. The parking fee is 10 pounds, and you need to add it when you purchase a ticket in advance. Please note that you will walk a little from the gate to the starting point of the footpass. The postal code of Brentford Gate is TW9 3AF.

If you wish to make an advance reservation in the parking lot, please make an admission ticket at the same time. If you scroll to the parking tab next to the ticket tab on the reservation page, the option for the parking lot reservation will be displayed.

Cycle lane is installed on both sides of the queue street, so parking is currently strictly prohibited. For more information about the parking lot in this area, please visit the Richmond Apon Taems Council website.

Brentford Gate Parking Lot

The queue ferry lane parking lot (TW9 3AF) is pr e-ordered.

To secure a parking space, you need to purchase a reservation parking ticket (10 pounds separately). Admission to Christmas at Cue is from Brentford Gate next to the parking lot.

The daytime parking ticket is valid until 3:00 pm, so you need additional parking tickets at night.

The parking lot is immediately closed at 10:00 pm.

National Archives Parking Lot

Parking at the National Archives, Kew (TW9 4DU) must be booked in advance.

Access to the car park is available 40 minutes before opening time.

Please note that this car park is only available before booking.

Disabled Access Parking

The car park at the National Archives, Kew (TW9 3AF) is free for disabled people with a blue badge.

You must purchase a reserved parking pass and select the disabled access parking option.

Important Notice

Same-day tickets for Kew Gardens during Christmas at Kew are not valid for Christmas at Kew. A separate Christmas on Kew ticket is required for entry.

Christmas on Kew does not accept 3-party vouchers such as Virgin Experience Days or Red Letter Days. These are only valid for day entry to Kew Gardens.

If you have chosen standard delivery and have not received your tickets 24 hours before booking your trail, please contact ticket customer service.

Uncontacted tickets will be scanned. Please be prepared to scan your paper or mobile ticket when you arrive. Please arrive early to avoid unnecessary queues.

Please note that we do not allow the sale of tickets through third party websites.

Christmas at Kew

Access

The walk takes around 2 hours, taking in the sights including Father Christmas, the fairgrounds, marshmallow toasting and photo opportunities, and stopping for snacks.

The route is on footpaths, but the terrain may vary in different areas of the gardens. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing difficulties, please let the friendly race marshals know.

Wheelchair, moving scooter, buggy

Christmas in a queue is performed in a natural landscape. This path has been paid for all efforts so that it can be fully accessed, but due to its nature, it will pass through difficult terrain with various intersections. There are also difficult places in rainy weather.

Children's scooters and balance bikes cannot be brought to the trail.

Rental of wheelchairs cannot be reserved on a firs t-come, firs t-served basis.

Please note that you cannot make a reservation.

Dogs and pets

Dogs and pets are prohibited in Cugalden. Registered auxiliary dogs are allowed.

Meals and drinks

Sit in a botanical brasserie overlooking the beautiful palm House Lake. You can use four sessions before and after the trail tour.

Botanical Brassie Christmas Dinner is only available when entering from Victoria Gate because it has a set time to enjoy the entire trail.

Along the trail, various cafes, restaurants, independent stalls open, so you can choose delicious food and winter necessities.

In the Christmas at queue catering unit, all can be used in cashless.

Practice / clothes

There is no place with a roof in the trail, and there may be a path, so please wear clothes and shoes suitable for the weather.

The trail has lighting, but there are some places where the lighting is weak, so you should bring a flashlight. The use of naked fire is prohibited (candles, nightlights, lighting bullets, lanterns, etc.).

Photography along the trail is free, but be careful of others.

The queue may use a photo taken at Christmas for promotion.

Victoria Plaza and Brentford Gate have a barrie r-free toilet.

Exhibition token

Please enjoy the family exhibition area with vehicles that can be enjoyed by adults and children. Please note that some vehicles are only for children and cannot be accompanied by adults.

The token will be sold for 3, 50 pounds per piece on the day, and can be received for 6 pounds in advance for advance reservations.

These tokens do not include the CHRISTMAS at Kew admission ticket. Exhibition tokens can only be used by those who have a Christmas at Kew ticket.

Present an exhibition voucher at the token stand on the fair and replace it with a prepaid token. You can ride once per token.

Tour of the garden on the day

This ticket does not include admission to Cue Garden during the day.

If you have a queue Christmas ticket, you can add tickets to visit the queue garden at a discounted fee.

Please note: If you include admission to the Cue Garden, leave the park at 3:00 pm (the last admission is 2:00 pm) and enter the designated gate again.

Cancellation, replacement, refund

Royal botanical gardens, queue and queue tickets do not exchange or refund after ticket purchase, so be careful not to make a mistake when making a reservation. You can't refund or copy unnecessary tickets or lost tickets.

In bad weather, it is inevitable that it will affect outdoor experiences. If you have to cancel for safety reasons, we will guide you on an alternative date. Even if the weather is wonderful, we will not refund. The cancellation of the day will be decided by 2:00 pm.

If you have to cancel due to the weather and you can not participate in an alternative evening tour, refund will be a cas e-b y-case case. If you need a refund, please return the ticket within 28 days of the reservation.

Safety and security

In order to spend Christmas in the queue safely, we will check the security at all admission gates as usual. Please bring only what you need, as you may be inspected your belongings and your body.

If you see a suspicious or suspicious person, let the nearest staff immediately know.

Do not leave the suspicious objects.

Always be with your child. Please be careful not to get lost in a place without the lighting of the garden.
