This is an ideal place for both kids and adults! I highly recommend visiting for a fun day!

We had a great time at the bubble-themed exhibit. There were many rooms that adults could enjoy. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

What can you expect from Bubble Planet? Various activities on the theme of bubble are available.

What is the experience place? Bubble Planet: immersive experiences are in the exhibition hub, downs view Airport Land (YZD), 30 Hanover Road, Toronto, ONTARIO, M3K 0E2.

Which experience is indoors or outdoors? The experience is performed indoors.

Can I experience even people with earned ears? Yes, the experience is mainly visual, and a signboard is set up everywhere in the venue.

Is there a strobe? Use a strobe. If you are worried about the strobe, please tell the staff when you arrive.

Can I buy food and drinks at the venue? Drinks are available at the end of Expo.

Is it possible to take photos and record? Please take a picture and share it freely. Please be careful not to bother other customers when shooting. The use of professional equipment and tripods is prohibited.

How long is the experience time? The experience time is about 60 minutes, but you can stay in each room as much as you want before moving to the next room!

Can children experience VR alone? If you are 8 years or older, you can participate in the VR room alone.

What is the difference between VIP tickets and normal tickets? Normal tickets include only admission fees for the experience, but VIP tickets include VR experiences, skipza rhines, and bubble bar sposters.

If you purchase a VR experience separately, how much is the fee? The VR experience can be purchased separately for 5 Canada dollars per person.

How old do you need an adult accompaniment? From 12 years old.

Latex allergy, can you experience it? There are several rooms that use latex, but only one room is directly touching Latex. Please inform the staff when you arrive.

Is the show suitable for pregnant women? In this show, the audience needs to move around the space for about 60 minutes. However, it is not a tension or very physical movement. Please consult the director when you arrive.

Can you experience it with your pet? Please refrain from accompanying pets (excluding assistive animals).

Is there a place to leave your luggage? There is a cloakroom at the entrance, so please leave your luggage there.

Can I buy a ticket? Tickets at the venue may not be able to meet your wishes depending on the capacity or vacancy situation, so we recommend purchasing in advance.

Fever apps are available on Google Play and Apple Store.

• Is it necessary to print a ticket? There is no need to print. When you come to the venue, you only need to present your fever ticket by app or email.

Is it possible to refund? Is there a replacement policy? Depending on the vacant seat, the date and time can be changed until 48 hours before the start time. In that case, please specify the ticket ID and contact us. In any case, you cannot refund. See the Terms of Use for details.

I can't find a ticket. You can search for tickets from the QR code in the "Ticket" section of the fever app. If it is not installed, it can be downloaded from Apples or Google Play. Please log in with the same account as when purchasing a ticket. If you still can't find a ticket, please contact us.

Is there a military discount? there is no.

Do children under 3 years old have to pay for tickets? Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge.

Are there any group discounts? For groups of 50 or less, you can purchase tickets directly from the main page (select "Group Bundle" when selecting the ticket type). For special requests or groups of more than 50 people, please fill out our group form.

Can I rent the venue for a private or corporate event? Yes, please fill out this request form.

Is there a dress code? Socks are mandatory for the bubble bath, but there is no other dress code. )

Do I need to arrive at the start of my session? We recommend that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but within 30 minutes is okay.

What if I'm late? Your ticket will be valid, but you will have to wait until the next available time slot.

Can I bring animals? Pets are not allowed. However, service animals are allowed.

Are there any age restrictions? There are no age restrictions! Children under 3 years old are free, and children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Is it suitable for small children? Suitable for all ages! Small children may not fully appreciate the details and facilities during the bubble.

Is it ADA accessible? Wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of the experience, some parts may not be suitable for guests with disabilities.

What is prohibited during the experience? Weapons, drugs, outside food and drink.

Are there free tickets for carers? If you are disabled, your companion will be admitted at a reduced rate, but your companion will be admitted free.
